Back when I was still working and even until now, there is one problem that you may think “not really a problem”, that is: I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR! Don’t get me wrong, I have 2 closets full of clothes, still, the problem seems not to be resolved.
It’s a constant pain in the a*s looking for clothes every day for work. It’s literally my problem whenever I have to decide which one to wear for that day and sometimes, gets late because this top doesn’t match my pants or vice versa. I am not so fashionable when it comes to my working clothes, still I wanted to look good and presentable most of the time. So in my previous company, we can wear whatever we want as long as it’s decent enough. That was cool, and a problem at the same time. (I think some of you now are annoyed reading this, lol.)
I could still hear my husband mimicking what I would say, and he already knew what my line was! I don’t have anything to wear today! I try to be prepared ahead of time, but it took so much of my time so I just tried doing it on the spot, which made it so much harder.
I don’t know if I’m the only who is troubled by this, but haha.. I don’t know. So, whenever I feel that I wore all the clothes that I have, I buy some more. And complain some more and the cycle begins again.
Exactly what I feel every time I “think” I have nothing to wear. I try not to make it as big deal as possible, but I’m a woman. lol. So, do you have the same issue as I have? Let me know what do you do or do guys even have this dilemma as well. I’m so curious, so let me know!
Haha I have the same problem as you! I have so much shit already but yet I can’t find anything to wear sometimes lol! I guess we get bored of our outfits easily and it’s not good to keep on getting new stuff lol

That may be correct or we’re just having an excuse to buy more clothes. lol. Still, every day is a dilemma looking for clothes to wear.

The good thing about me is that I tend to gear towards tshirts and jeans/leggings. But then when I go out with my boyfriend I do want something cute to wear. It ticks me off that he can wear just about anything and figure out how to make it nice looking. I’m sitting over here thinking well he probably thinks I look like a hobo. So yeah I get what you’re saying.

haha.. I so feel you, when you’re just trying to be comfortable tshirts and jeans are my go to style. When you’re trying to impress your guy, uhm, I know the feeling. Thank you that I found people who feel the same. 🙂

It’s no problem. I think what we should do is be comfortable first XD

If you ask me, I think at least once in every girls life they have “nothing to wear.” Sometimes it’s just a matter of figuring out what your style is and sticking with it, other times, you just don’t want to wear the same thing twice.

You got that right. I guess it’s a woman’s thing who doesn’t like to use the same clothes as often. (Guilty here, lol.) For me, I don’t really have that distinct fashion style, I just go for something comfortable.

Comfy is good. I like comfortable clothes too. However, I also think I do have a style even though I usually just wear jeans and a t-shirt.

That’s nice! I think I have to consider having a style, too. 😉

Haha.. I so feel you, I don’t really mind being on jeans and shirt. The problem arises when I’m going out with my love and parties. I feel like I don’t have enough clothes..

Hence the problem is same for us no matter which part of the world we are living…..😁😁

I have the same issue, then I will realize all I own is black so then I will mindfully purchase only colours until all I own is colours, it is a vicious cycle!!

Clean your wardrobe, it really helps 🙂 prepare your clothes the night before & don’t go shopping too often. 😉

One of the perks of having so small a space as I (and got used to it remarkably fast) is less deliberating what to wear – or what not to wear in my case 🙂 I feel ya.

The struggle is real. Lol. I’m trying my best to make it not a problem, but oh well. It’s hard. 😛😝

This is my life. I have a closet full of clothes but from all different kinds of sizes as I’ve gained and lost a lot of weight on and off in the past few years. So 75% don’t fit me, but I keep them anyway, 20% are meh and 5% I keep on rotation.

Lol. I like this, the percentage are so on point. I think only 5% of my clothes were my to go to clothes.. and the rest are either small or big on me.

Hi Judi, thanks for following my blog. I am now following yours. I’ve only read a few posts so far, but what I’ve read has impressed me. I’m not really a fan of the Fifty Shades Of Gray. I am not a Dakota Johnson fan. I have not red the book. As to this blog, yes I have the exact same problem, don’t we all? Nice to meet you.

It’s nice to meet you, too. Thank you for the kind words as well. I have read the book because it was a controversial one, and the reason I watched the movies was to see if they made justice to it. I think most women had this problem as well. Btw, let me know ur name so I can address you properly next time. Have a good day ☺️😊

Sorry, my name is Kathy. I did see parts of the first movie and I just could not get into it at all, I think if the leads had been better cast it may have worked better. Nice to meet you too.

Same here. The cast was a little bit understated in the movie, but oh well, we can’t really find the exact same figures in the books.
It’s nice to meet you, Kathy 😊

I have clothes in two states and four closets and I never have anything to wear. Lol I am a “hoarder” and need to get rid of four sizes of clothes, wait I just buy new ones. I am retired now so after 45 years of teaching, wearing nice stuff, we ere not allowed to wear jeans to teach and I am glad because you need to be “distinguished ” in my opinion. Kids need to know you are the teacher, not the janitor. I am old and that is how we “roll” back in the daze. We couldn’t wear pants, for many year. We could wear pantsuits later in the seventies. I wear jeans everyday now and dress like a “bum” because I am. Thanks God for retiring me and setting me free to be me.

I feel you. I’m a teacher before, too. I experienced having uniform and not worrying about work clothes. But last 5 years was so crazy because I need to buy more clothes because I don’t have uniform. I’m a hoarder, too. Lol

I have three closets 🙈 work is easier for me than weekend clothes. My uniform at work does me well. I have 3 pairs of the same dress pants in different colors and some blouses, cardigans, and scarfs to change it up. The weekend is open season though and it will take me hours to go to the grocery store because I’m outside of my usual routine. I don’t like feeling like i didn’t try, the leggings and uggs are just not me, but leggings a tunic and knee high scrunch boots are, oh but it’s 20 degrees out I should wear something warmer…

I know.lol. Most women are having difficulty when it comes to having our clothes outside our uniforms, ugh, it’s hard at times.

I popped by to thank you for liking my post about the Poor Law in Ireland. I don’t want to sound preachy but I can’t help remarking on the irony in comparing the subject matter of that post and this! To use a cliche: “You should be so lucky!”
