Lost in a Writer’s World!

Do you ever get the feeling that you forget the time when you’re writing? Or just by doing something you love? Do you also get that sensation whenever you’ve done something well. I do and sometimes, I get lost in my own writer’s world!

I do get lost in my own space when I’m writing, not literally but you can say, figuratively. I get the feeling that I’m so engrossed to what I am writing and how my work will turn out as I write, too. The thought of finishing it overwhelms me as well. I guess you can blame it to the “writer” side of me. I tend to get busy when I’m doing something I love, whether that is writing, reading, sewing, baking and lots more.

They say that the writer’s way of thinking is different, and how they express it is much different as well. It’s like there is another world living inside their head. It’s like I’m swimming to the core of me, only to see myself busy writing. Yes, I’m not myself when I’m writing, in a good way though. And, the feeling is addicting!

images-2 Wherein your ideas flow and turns your world upside down! Yes people, I do have this kind of mind and thinking, uhm, differently.

I’m not saying that I’m more experienced than the others, and I’m only speaking in my behalf.  It’s just sometimes, I wonder how people write their own stories and what feeling do they get.

I have seen many good articles and blogs here, and I can say that I am overwhelmed by how co-writers/bloggers write their own pieces. Their works are new to me, and I am as excited to read them as well. Now, I wonder do they also get the same feeling I get whenever I write? or am I the only who thinks crazily.

“It’s like I’m swimming to the core of me, only to see myself busy writing.” Nice imagery!
“…I wonder how people write their own stories and what feeling do they get.” Every writer’s approach to creative writing must be unique, I guess. But this is really amusing to think how other writers or bloggers feel or think when they’re writing something!
Thank you so much for following my blog! It feels great! Read a few of your posts; enjoyed very much! Thank you! 🙂

I understand what you’re saying! I’ve always loved to write and I know I’m not a perfect writer by no means but I do enjoy it. I used to keep journals to write my thoughts down and, I actually got away from it for a few years and then I decided on a whim to start my own blog. I do it for myself but hope that if others read what I write it makes them feel something. Writing is like my therapy. It’s nice to know others pour their heart into their writing as well. Love love this blog post!

Wow, thank you for appreciating. I know that there are people like us, who get lost in time when writing. I used to write diaries as well. Good choice, let the world know that your thoughts are great as well. 😊

Whenever I write, I always feel it’s involuntary and I just happen pour out whatever I’ve been feeling.

  6. When I write I sort of make my own world around me, even literally! Most of the time I don’t pay attention to what goes around, nor anyone disturbs me(when I’m at home) it’s a great feeling of respect to be a writer, though. Isn’t it?

Haha..Exactly like me. I tend not to hear anything and didn’t want to be disturbed at all. It is right, doing something you love, whatever it is, makes you appreciate the love that you put into it.

I write because I love telling stories, hearing stories, and having a voice is important to me. I feel every individual should have the right to express themselves through their writing. I do not always agree (I make that known) but we all have a voice! Never be afraid to share your story!
